Mrs. Herr asked me to answer some questions about my favorite books.  I hope that this will be helpful for you over the summer.

1. What is your all time favorite book?  My all time favorite book is The False Prince by Jennifer Nielsen because it is so suspenseful it had me reading more and more.  It is also action-packed.  The book is about an orphan who is chosen as a false princecontender to be the long lost prince.

2. What are your top 5 favorite books?

  • Red Cap by G. Clifton Wisler
  • The Westing Game by Ellen Raskin
  • The Adventures of Robin Hood by Roger Lancelyn Green
  • The 39 Clues Day of Doom by David Baldacci

These are not necessarily in order.  Red Cap had a lot of action, The Westing Game was a mystery, and The False Prince wasrobin hood suspenseful.  Also, The Adventures of Robin Hood is action-packed and Day of Doom is suspenseful, action-packed, and mysterious.

3. All time best book into a movie? The Tale of Desperaux by Kate Di’Camillo.  The movie has as much action as the book.  Also, the movie has many similarities with the book.

4. What should I read next? Why? I should read The Lost Planet by Rachel Searless because I am in my last book for the school year and it would be a perfect book for the summer.

5. What book series should I read that is popular? I’d like to read Percy Jackson by Rick Riordin because my friends talk Tale-of-Despereauxabout the series and say that it is excellent. I have also seen the movies and they were fantastic.

6. What is your favorite genre? My favorite genre is mystery because I have read many mystery books and they have been superb. Also, I like to try to figure out the mystery.
