One biblical connection I found in The Curse of the Warmbloods by Suzanne Collins was Gregor’s attitude and character toward others. First, he is always thinking about others rather than himself. He has been on two journeys just to save the Underland. He is thoughtful and helpful;whenever there is a problem with someone else it seems like he always finds a way to help them. This is especially with Boots, his little baby sister, who always is the first one Gregor saves. Gregor shows sacrificial love and he is very unselfish. Next, the bible says “do not boast” and when he does dangerous actions, he never boasts. He reminds me of David in the bible, because he had to do things that were extremely dangerous, and he never boasted about it either. This is one biblical connection I found in my book.
