REVIEW OF:  THE ADVENTURES OF TOM SAWYER by Mark Twain

Reviewed by: Will J

In this amazing book, Tom Sawyer goes on many adventures. He gets stuck in a cave, he becomes a pirate, and he even sees a murder. As the story goes on, Tom becomes more and more caring towards others.  He sees how much people’s feelings effect their life.  When Tom sees a murder by a man named Injun Joe, with his friend Huckleberry Finn, they decide not to tell anybody.  Will Injun Joe find them and get his revenge?  Will he ever emerge from the cave?

This book is full of suspense and mystery.  It is very well written and full of interesting words so you get to expand your vocabulary while reading a great story.  You also get to experience Toms crafty character.

I would recommend  this book to ages 11 and up. I think boys would enjoy this book a little more than girls, but anybody can read it.  If you’re looking for  book full of adventure, suspense, and mystery, Tom Sawyer by Mark Twain is your book!
